Testbed Investors
The Testbed is an entrepreneurial enterprise and relies on unique public-private partnerships. Private partners that make a significant investment in the operations and technology in the Testbed may be designated and promoted as Investors. An Investor provides a significant (above Program Sponsorship) investment in the Testbed and any number of Pilot Projects.
